REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through the Neat Repeats Resale Online Store are final. All purchased items are sold “as is.” No credits, refunds, discounts, or exchanges with be granted on any purchased items. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All electrical items have been previously tested. 

Placing an item in the shopping cart does not hold the items for the customer. No item is guaranteed as sold to the customer until a complete order has been made. Each item listed on the Neat Repeats Online Store is a unique item and is cross-listed on the sales floor of the Orland Park or Worth location Neat Repeats Store. In the event that the item ordered has been purchased in-store before the online customer's order has been processed, the online order will be canceled, and no charges will be made to the form of payment provided.

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product, no refunds will be granted on the item nor its shipping costs. All sales are final.
